1. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for The Corner Keg Pub's marketing lists, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

2. SMS Terms

The Corner Keg Pub offers an SMS marketing program where you can receive promotional text messages about our pub's events, specials, and rewards.

• Opt-In: By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our signup form, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from The Corner Keg Pub.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code/number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at promo@mg.cornerkegpub.com.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on our current events and specials (approx. 4 messages per month).

3. Program Description

The Corner Keg Pub's SMS program is used to provide marketing alerts for restaurant promotions, special events, and birthday rewards to our subscribers.

4. Liability

Neither we nor the carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State where the business is located.
